The Parent App contributes to improved parent communication between parents and staff in a secure environment. With the timeline, you can see photos and daily reports at a glance. In the inbox, you can read group messages and also send your own messages. Additionally, you have access to the calendar and can read news articles and newsletters.

In order to use the Parent App, your childcare organization must be connected to Konnect. You will also need a username and password, which you will receive from your childcare organization. If your children receive care from different childcare organizations connected to Konnect, it is easy to switch between the different accounts.
